Who are we ?

We aren't new to the imaging world. Precision Data Imaging Inc./butterfly imaging has been scanning and processing paper files at our Long Island, New York office since 1998. We started from the ground up by utilizing a dedicated staff and the latest in imaging software and scanning technology. Over the many years of document imaging, document management and photo imaging we learned that our customers wanted fair pricing, honest advice,  ongoing customer service and support from us. We believe in providing you with all the necessary information and expertise to help you make a sound decision regarding your imaging project. So when did we start doing photo scanning and imaging? We have been offering photo services locally for over 5 years. We provide many independent local photo stores with the ability to offer to their customers photo scanning and restorations at reasonable prices. With suggestions from family, friends and clients we have begun offering these services nationally via the internet. While we make NO claim to be the "cheapest" we DO claim to offer some the highest levels of imaging, service and support!

We are PROUD to be a small company located in New York. By being a small company it enables us to offer quality customer service and the willingness to go the extra mile. You will never have to deal with a middle manager; you will always be able to speak directly with an owner of the company. No fancy stock options here, just plain old hard work. Our hands are right in there with our staff members processing and imaging is what we love to do most. While we try to offer only the highest level of quality, mistakes do happen and when they do we will be the first to admit it.  We will ALWAYS  resolve any and all issues in a timely manor.
